One pillow, made properly
Most people buy a pillow the way they buy batteries. You grab one, it's fine for a while, it flattens, you grab another. Nobody thinks about it until they wake up stiff for the third morning in a row.
The problem is the shape. A rectangle doesn't match a neck. Lie on your side and there's a gap between your head and the mattress roughly the width of your shoulder — a flat pillow leaves your head tilted into it, and stacking two tilts you the other way.
You spend a third of your life held at an angle you'd never choose while awake.

Every pillow is checked before it ships. If yours arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll make it right — that's your right under Australian Consumer Law and we honour it without argument.
