Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, message us and we'll chase it for you.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is lost or doesn't turn up, message us and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice. You won't be left chasing a courier on your own.
