Will it suit me?
I'm a side sleeper.
This is the position it's built around. The taller edge fills the gap between your head and the mattress so your head sits level rather than tilting down into it.
I sleep on my back.
Use the lower edge. The centre hollow cradles the back of your head so it isn't pushed forward. Plenty of people alternate between both edges depending on the night.
I move around a lot at night.
That's exactly why there are two edge heights. Most people shift position several times a night and the right shape is already there when they do.
I currently stack two pillows.
Then you already know a flat pillow isn't filling the gap. This is designed to replace both.
The pillow
How firm is it?
Medium-firm. Slow-rebound memory foam presses in under weight and returns when you move, and it's dense enough to hold its contour for years rather than flattening within months.
Does it smell?
No. Most memory foam needs a week of airing out. This is odour-free out of the box.
Does it get hot?
It's breathable, so it doesn't hold heat the way a solid foam block does.
Can I wash it?
The cover unzips and goes in the machine. Spot clean the foam and let it air dry.
Will it fit a standard pillowcase?
It comes with its own fitted cover. A standard case goes over it but will bunch slightly, since the pillow is contoured rather than rectangular.
Getting used to it
It feels different at first. Is that normal?
Yes, and we want you to know this before you order rather than after. Your neck has spent years adapting to a flat rectangle, and a contour pillow takes a few nights to settle into. Most people stop noticing the shape by the fourth or fifth night.
If you're not prepared to give it a week, this probably isn't the right pillow for you — we'd rather say that than have you order and be disappointed on night two.
Orders and returns
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Only if it's unopened. A pillow is a personal hygiene item, so once the packaging is opened we can't resell it and can't accept it back. Unopened returns are accepted within 14 days at your cost. Full details on our Returns page.
What if it arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in full.
Can I cancel?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll stop it before dispatch.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. Australia only.
