A contour pillow feels unfamiliar for the first few nights, because your neck has spent years adapting to a flat rectangle. Most people settle in by the fourth or fifth night. We're telling you now rather than after, because a pillow is a personal hygiene item and we can't accept it back once it's been opened and slept on.

If you're not prepared to give it a week, this isn't the right pillow for you.

Returns

Unopened change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days at your cost. Opened pillows can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

If your pillow arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll replace or refund it and cover the postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full and are not limited by this policy.
